Where Baby Dragons Come From

I came across an older article that I thought I would share about an odd little amphibian called an olm. In the past, rain would drive olms from their cavern homes, and locals believed that these were baby dragons which lived in the depths of the caves. I suspect the name “olm” is related to the term orm, used in Scandinavia to mean a worm or dragon. Olm are a favorite inspiration for me whenever I daydream about dragons.
